Mirèia Muixí works on executive Coaching and Leadership Training & Facilitation, after ten years in multinational companies as a business partner specialising in talent management, she decides to create a new space and provide services and accompany clients as an independent professional.
She commissioned us to create a human but at the same time professional visual identity that reflected her vision. We worked hand in hand on creating an elegant and typographic look around the concept of transformation and disruption to demonstrate how thanks to her contribution, organizations can grow and become more human. Work done through inspiring the people she works with and offering personalised services, running far from the classic coaching approach and aesthetics.
Mirèia is a Psychology graduate with a master’s degree in Sports Psychology and an Executive MBA from EADA. She is a certified Professional Coach by the International Coaching Federation and CTI-Co-Active Training Institute. She is passionate about people and human development, and her purpose is to promote conscious, authentic, and co-creative leadership by guiding organizations through strategic decision-making.
